Then are other complications similar to any breast argumentation, except that they almost can't wrinkle and show a much lower rate of capsular contracture (the most usual problem, see more below) with under 5% including minor and less than 1% of the severe type, according to a large study... My theory is that the more stable CGI (that not "slosch" around) give a better connection to the body and less scars... CGI have been in use in Europe since 1995 and are now available in USA and Canada... So now can women with almost no tits, get lovely cute breast without any great health risk and every bimbo that really want to become ultra sexy, can invest in rather big Boobs without any big worry... But there are no giant Cohesive Gel Implants yet, strange enough!
The best methods, with Cohesive Gel Implants... They require a slightly larger incision (opening) for insertion and because of this, should the insertion be in the fold (inframammary) under the breasts, which normally is best anyhow... And the most logical location for this implant, is above the muscle, since cgi's feel very much like a real breast and that CGI don't show the other big problems, that is the main reason to put saline implant under the muscle...
What to think about - The size The size of the saline implants varies from 120cc as replacements for tiny breast, to rather big 800cc for each breast... 800cc weight 770gram... Cohesive Gel are from 135 to rather big 740gms (15.5cm 16cm 6.2cm) Larger implants are very rare in USA and you need to find a surgeons who work with custom made extra big implants, for exotic dancers and porn stars... Giant porn stars BOOBS are about 1600 to 2200cc and the absolute biggest are about 3000cc... But the skin must also expand, so it's normally not possible to get bigger Boobs than 850cc the first time... The best way to decide and get exactly the right size for you, is to try not expandable bras with too big cups, until you find the volume of padding (maybe plastic bags with 850cc water) that look perfect... What to think about - The form If you want really big BOOBS are the round type possible best, because they look both bigger and totally fake, so you will not fool anyone... Everyone will then clearly see, that you only got them to look more sexy... They should also be placed rather high, so they never can sag too much... And they can also be secured in place, with several methods (see more below) so they not slide down... If you prefer breast that look completely natural, should you not use any implants and only lift your breast... The only approved saline and Silicone Gel filled implants in USA are made by Allergan (formely Inamed Aesthetics or McGhan Medical) and Mentor Corporation... And 470 women with soybean oil filled implants (not in use today) are since 1999 recommended to change to saline filled...
Other facts, to think about A woman with sagging breast, should also lift them when she have the operation, otherwise may the result look very strange... If you lift your breast, can you get an internal "laser bra" with help of the extra skin, that keep your new breast in place... And finally should you naturally make your nipples slightly longer and always erect, at the same time... But over 26 mm long nipples, look only silly... The total cost in USA differ a lot, from 3000 usd in some states to 8000 in New York... And Canada is cheaper... And the warranty of the implant is very important, if you not are planning to get bigger soon, because they last normally only 5-15 years... Arnica is a botanical drug, that very effectively reduces pain and swelling, after operation and promotes rapid healing.
Some Dangers and the best alternatives, with other implants A big study 1997 show that the risk of any complications, is around 12% for saline (salt water filled) implants, which was the safest, before the CGI alternative... Many studies show anyhow, that 92-98% are happy with their implants and would do it again... The most common problem (a 9% risk according to two big study's) is severe "capsular contracture" that occur IF the scar tissue shrink and squeeze the implant, making the breast feel hard and look strange... It may also be painful and you must then have a new operation... That problem is slightly less common, if the implant is placed under the breast muscles (submuscular) but that is a little more complicated operation and are normally not possible for really big boobs... Relatively high doses of vitamin E (the first year or longer) says reduce the making of scar tissue... Then believe many surgeons that a super sterile technique (the Mladick No Touch Technique, which prevent dust and skin bacteria) are very effective...
The second biggest problem was deflation (the water or liquid silicon leak out) which is a 4% risk in 3 years and 10% in 6 years... But that is naturally no problem with the new cgi's... And the implant last only 5-15 years (the new CGI may last much longer, of several reasons) so it must be replaced with time... Another problem is that the implant may wrinkle (if it not are filled to the optimum, or of the new CGI type) but that is not visible with the position, under the breast muscle... Some implant need also some "overfill" to not wrinkle... And the submuscular position, hold also the implant in place and prevent sagging... A rare complication with bad submuscular operations, is that the muscles can come loose between the breast (symmastia) so the cleft (deep crack) disappear and this can not be corrected from outside, the implants must first be removed...
You should avoid the surgical technique (periareolar) when the incision (placement) is made in the areola (the dark ring) around the nipple and breast tissue is cut to place the implant, because it may damage the nerves around the nipple and cut off all feelings... And it give often ugly scars... And implants trough the belly button (umbilical or transumbilical or tuba incision) are not recommended and some implant makers, don't even approve that method... The best is in the fold (inframammary) under the breasts, which often give no clearly visible scars and that is also the most easy alternative... So it's often cheaper and the exact placement of the implants, make it safer... Or trough the armpit (axillary) which normally not give any visible scars... And "ScarGuard" is a liquid that reduce scars, even old ones!
Then are serious infections very rare, even if small infections (that go away) are rather common and some doctors place also some implant wrong, so it have to be corrected... Breast feeding are safe with implants, but not possible if the nerves are damaged... And no breast implant (in use today, not even liquid silicon) give any autoimmune disease or cancer, according to many many studies... Finally are the level of patients who experience illness, the same as people who not get an implant...
